This Privacy Policy explains how Brightside, a service of StokedSkills LLC, handles your information.

What we collect

Your name, email, mobile phone number, message preferences (focus areas, tone, delivery time, time zone), consent records, and billing information (processed by Stripe — we don’t store full card numbers).

How we use it

To deliver your affirmation texts at the times you choose, to manage your subscription, to honor opt-outs, and to keep records required for messaging compliance (e.g., proof of consent).

SMS / mobile data

No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data, and we share your number only with our messaging provider (Telnyx) solely to deliver the texts you asked for.

Service providers

We use Supabase (data), Stripe (payments), Telnyx (SMS), and hosting infrastructure to run the Service. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Email support@brightsideaffirmations.com to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to records we must retain for legal/compliance reasons.

Data retention

We keep your account and preference data while your subscription is active. Consent and opt-out records are retained as required for messaging compliance. You can request deletion at any time, subject to records we must keep by law.
