Brightside, a service of StokedSkills LLC, sends recurring daily affirmation text messages to people who sign up and confirm their mobile number. This page describes the program and how you opt in.

How you opt in

Consumers subscribe on our website through this flow:

  1. Choose focus areas, tone, and delivery time.
  2. Enter an email and verify it with a one-time code.
  3. Enter a mobile number.
  4. Check a consent box (not pre-checked) agreeing to the disclosure below.
  5. Confirm the one-time SMS code we text (double opt-in).
  6. Choose a plan to start.

Program name & description

Brightside Daily Affirmations. After you sign up on our website and verify your phone number, you receive personalized affirmation text messages based on the focus areas, tone, and delivery time you chose.

Message frequency

Recurring — approximately 1 message per day. Frequency depends on the preferences you set.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Brightside does not charge for the text messages themselves; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you re-subscribe by replying START.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and confirming the verification code, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing/wellness text messages from Brightside at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Privacy & carriers

We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
