Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Brightside (the “Service”), a service of StokedSkills LLC (“Brightside,” “we,” “us”). By subscribing you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Brightside sends recurring affirmation text messages to your mobile number based on preferences you provide. See our SMS Messaging Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Not medical or mental-health advice

Affirmations are for general wellbeing and encouragement only. They are not medical, psychological, or crisis advice. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

Billing & trials

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel anytime by replying STOP or from your account’s billing portal. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service unlawfully or attempt to disrupt it. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which StokedSkills LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
